The Long of It
"GRACE, GRACE, God's grace!" Without it, I would simply not be who I am. I would not have a reason to live or to press on or to be filled with peace and joy.
"Jesus paid it all; All to Him I owe. My sins had left a crimson stain. He washed me white as snow."
The Bible. God has given me His Holy Spirit who has used this Word to bring me to where I am and continues to use it to take me to where I am going.
My family. It's broken and that hurts sometimes, but they're MINE!
My favorite season is summer.* Just watch...
My favorite places to be are the beach (east coast), the mountains, the city, and small towns.
My dream destinations are New York City (check) (the city), Cape Cod (check) (the beach), and Mt. Vernon (check) (mountains, and a small "town")....Guess I better start dreaming again!
When I go out to eat I'll probably order a hamburger and french fries or onion rings.
Taking longs walks. Fast or slow even if I don't have a place to go.*
Getting to know people. Whoever they may be.
Shooting hoops in the driveway on warm summer evenings.*
Being in the kitchen to cook, and bake, and eat.
Days spent at the lake.*
Cleaning.
Gardening, so far mainly just flowers. Some day I hope to do more.*
Traveling. Including the getting there and getting back parts.
WORDS. To be written or to be read.
PICTURES. To be taken, to be in, or to enjoy.
PEOPLE. Knowing, loving, serving. I believe that God gave us each other so that we can know Him more.
