Peanut Butter Fudgy Bars
adapted from Pillsbury
1 1/2 c peanut butter, divided
1/2 c water
1 egg
1 pkg Golden Butter Cake Mix
1 container chocolate frosting
1/3 c mini M&M's
1/3 c chopped peanuts
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. GREASE 9x13 PAN.
Mix 1 cup peanut butter, water, and egg. Spread in pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
Blend rest of peanut butter with chocolate frosting. Spread over bars and sprinkle with M&M's and peanuts.
Cut into bars and serve OR store covered, at room temperature.
