Yes, it is extremely sad when we use the tools that God has given to us, merely for our own entertainment, when we should be using them for His glory! There's a song I have called "Can't You See Them" by The Johnson Family that goes, "Can't you see them, they are dying, and they're sitting next to you... so wake up look around you, they're dying and afraid... You know Jesus, why not show them the way." It's so sadly true. People are dying spiritually every day and we have all this knowledge of what God wants us to do, but yet we do so much for our own pleasure without considering what kind of testimony we are to the lost. Thanks for suggesting the read! ~ Erin :]

Hey Sis...
ReplyDeleteShe said it better than I ever could - though I'm sure some people would still be naysayers.
That one-room log cabin is sounding better and better all the time, huh?
I can't wait 'til you read 'Tender Graces'.
Wish I were a better teacher -
